Congress Registration

1. 1. The congress participants, must register on the congress website and submit their abstract(s).
   2. The participants whose submitted abstract is accepted must pay the registration fee as described in the following guideline. By default, the first author of each abstract (as the presenter) is responsible for registration and payments.
   3. A 50% discount on the “Registration Fee” available for the ESI members (A valid ID card is needed).
   4. The student fee is only applicable to the first author who is a student currently or whose graduation date is less than six months from the congress dates.
   5. For those listeners (who have not submitted abstracts), we advise them to the registration, in order to receive a certificate of attendance at the congress.

*After sending your registration payment by bank wire transfer, scan the bank receipt and attach the PDF or JPEG file in an email to 4iice@razi.ac.ir.

Foreign participants
The registration fee can be paid “in cash” at the registration desk. A secure bank account will be available for payments by the participants who attend online for presenting their abstracts.

 

Cancellation policy

In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the registration fees are not refundable.
