Applying for VISA

Non-Iranian participants with accepted papers must coordinate their travel arrangements with the organizing committee of IICE4 via email at 4iice@razi.ac.ir. 

• For those who require a visa, the International Affairs Office of Razi University will apply on their behalf. 
• Due to the time-consuming procedures involved, participants should provide the following documents as soon as possible:

1. A high-resolution scan image of the first page of their passport.
2. A personal photograph with specific dimensions.
3. Their full address in their country of origin and a functional email address.
4. The duration of their stay, including preferred arrival and departure times.
